My Case Manager Araceli failed my son. My son was neglected, emotionally and verbally abused & When I informed the case manager she did little to no investigation.

My new neighbors moved in. Beat there 5 year in tandem verbal abuse included. Alot. I called CPS, they went straight to how do you know the wife?. What's your beef her? All questions pertaining to a revenge call. I hardly saw the losers. Their only concern was trying to find out if I was out for revenge. Poor kid. No action was ever taken.

This is the worst agency. They say they will call back and never do. They are rude. The case worker called me and immediately asked for my social security number. I said no I don’t know who you are. She says well then you won’t know what your case is about and you will need to come to office. I just went along with it. She said she would send me a picture of her business card. She never did. I never heard from her again. They are unprofessional and worthless.

I completely agree with the previous reviewers. They base most of the opinions on hearsay. Instead of working with you , they work aggressively against you. I get it. They are overworked and deal with people that are not always telling the truth. However, they need to work on their impartiality and facts. I always thought you were innocent until proven guilty. But are system is set up that you’re guilty until They decide to move on to another case. I hope they are able to help those children that are being really being abused and neglected or are overlooked and lost in the system by guardians who know how to play their game. So sad!
