Truly amazing. Many of our Afghan refugees come with no documents and this is the only office that showed any compassion or empathy. They really went out of their way to help us file some paperwork on their behalf. Kind management.

Very nice people that work here. Only if all government employees could learn from them. It's a very personal relationship and they are non judgemental and care about each person no matter what background you come from. Thank you guys but y'all have cut my food stamps left me with nothing for last 3 months seems like there is a new paper to read or sign every month. I am so sick of being hungry tho. Stop it messing with my benefits tho..

Very nice employees! They were all very nice, polite, and helpful right from the entrance, the guard, the receptionist, the intake eligibility workers, and the phone call interview. Best experience I ever had in a HHSA organization. Thank you so much for your kidness!!!!!

Good evening June. Some programs require that you complete an interview, but you do not need an appointment to apply. You can apply online at www.mybenefitscalwin.org, or you can complete an application at any of the family resouce centers Monday-Friday from 7am to 5pm...if you apply online then once your application is received you will be contacted to let you know when your interview appointment will be. If you apply in office then you will be scheduled an interview appointment and informed on what verifications to provide. I hope this information has been helpful.
Was refused in April was never notified when can I reapply
