Hi I have expecting a call to reserve my parking spot for today 3/23/18 and no one has called back, can I just show up and be given a spot to park?

Agreed with them go up there and call at the same time.

It's always best to verify your reservation but, in this case I think you'll be just fine with showing up. Don't forget it is Friday so sooner the better. I hope this helps.
