Terrible experience! Their website states no reservations needed but the guy at the gate said you need one and NO exceptions. He didn’t offer any help and told me try another place.Terrible place, they put wrong info online and then don’t bother to help when they are ones who messed up. Don’t go here, go to another parking location.

Very courteous and professional. My family and I fly out of the Tijuana airport often, and the last couple of times we've left our car at Delta. They drop you off right at the pedestrian crossing and pick you up again when you come back. Everything was quick and smooth, and the rates are really reasonable. I had my doubts about leaving my car in Otay at first, but their lot is attended 24/7 and has video surveillance as well. I highly recommend it.

The staff at Delta Truck Parking were amazing! We traveled in a large group to Mexico for Thanksgiving. We had over 60 people there. WE flew from Tijuana to Mazatlan on Volaris. The airfare was inexpensive and everyone could drive to Otay Mesa to cross the border and fly to Mazatlan. They were very easy to find right off the freeway. The thing that made the difference for me was I felt that they truly cared about us as a family and the customer attention was fantastic! I felt like friends when we left. We drove a large motor home and were worried about leaving expensive items for 2 weeks in a parking lot. They assured us that it wouldn't be a problem. They were right. When we returned we made a phone call and the sent 2 large vans to pick us up. A group of 17 and all of our bags was no problem for the vans and drivers. This shuttle service is completely free. Some of our group paid for the shuttle that takes them right to the Tijuana airport. They said it was fantastic as well. The prices were very fair and very accommodating. Thanks again Delta Truck Parking! WE will definitely be using your service again!

Hello Jasmine, that depends on what you're driving. They no longer park cars and it's a flat rate of $12 a day for anything else. You should also check availability of truck driver's car parking rate. I hope this was helpful.

You can stay as long as you want, if there's space and you can pay by day, week or month! When you pick up your vehicle is when you pay or they don't let you out the gate! 😊
