Whatever you do, don’t park here! Kalib Wells, the supervisor, and Joshua R, the parking attendant, essentially tried to scam us as customers. When we drove in, they told is we could use our credit card to hold our place. Which we swiped. It was our only card we brought. Later, when we returned, the machine voided our card (he said this has only happened once in the months that he had been working there) so we could not go through. When we told them when we arrived a couple hours before, and provided proof that we described the previous employee who had been working at that time, he still would not let us go and said that we might be trying to pull one over on him. At this point, he basically held us hostage for over an hour and said that we had to pay $100 for a lost ticket. Except…We never got a ticket in the first place! I for one was not going to not pay you $100 for your malfunctioning machine. Then he accidentally, opened the door for us because he meant to open it for the people next to us. I told my partner to drive and Joshua said well at least give me the $18 cash. Like broo! You could have let us out wayy before when we offered that up! We still threw the money at him, which he pocketed. Hopefully hell put it in the right place.

I parked my car here on a Saturday night. The pay is $18 for 8hrs. I left my car for 24 hrs I payed $75.00. It’s a safe parking with 24 hr personal. They take both cash and debit. If your planning in parking for 24 hrs your better off parking somewhere else. Cause it’s expensive. If not, now you know..this was on March 19, 2022.

Their checkout machine was not working. When you park here it says visa and master card accepted. They were not accepting cards they wanted cash. Eduardo was the attendant Oct 12th 2am. Made me go to Baja Mex kiosk atm to get cash. The cost was 3.95 to get money out on a sketchy atm. They did not refund the cost to extract cash on an $8 parking fee. So ended up paying 50% more because their machine isn't working. They shod have a back up payment method such as square or anything else. It's bad business to advertise you accept cards and then make a customer get out of their vehicle to use a less than optimal atm that rejected 3 cards after inserting pin. To also get charged a 3.95 fee on top of the parking cost. Shameful. Used to park here daily and this is theast time I will use LAZ Parking. Garbage management.

I used this lot for 3 weeks. The lot attendant on 3rd shift leaves the lot on his bike for long periods of time. The last time I left my car, someone put a bottle of water under my tire, pushed my right mirror inward,and stole my tire stem caps. If you have a newer car, it will be tampered with. The first and second shift staff are friendly and helpful, but when it really matters at night, homeless people are rifling through your unattended stuff.
