I went to 4 other trailer places from Pasco to Richland trying to either fix or repair my broken trailer jack. These guys had one in stock, and had it replaced in just a couple hrs. I highly recommend this business for all your trailer needs!

Top notch service and delivered over the top on there product. Would recommend them over uhaul for both trailers and hitch installation on your vehicle. They put a way better product on my truck, for almost the same price. I would gladly recommend and use them again when the time comes.

These guys take advantage of women that don't know better. Really sad unfortunately because I personally have used them for more than 20 years. Charged my wife 2.5 hours labor($130/hr) for a 45 minute (instructions say 20 mins for hitch) bolt on hitch install. Tried to resolve this issue with Chris but he was very rude, pompous and unwilling to do anything about it. I guess that's how they do business these days. I won't ever use them again and I would caution everyone to get a quote for work on paper first.

I have a cheapo Salem travel trailer. I brought it here to have the axle flipped, to provide a little more ground clearance, and to get my stabilizer jacks replaced (welded). These guys did great work at a reasonable price. I am not a big reviewer, but felt compelled to share my experience. I would come back here without hesitation.
