I was happy with the customer service. Great people and great service. It is a pleasure to have such a wonderful, understanding staff who are doing the right thing!

Good for you that you and any animals you are attached to were treated well. That was not the case for me, or my dear cat. I have an exceptionally low opinion of this outfit and the staff employed there based on my very real, very poor treatment.

I agree. We had a fantastic experience. I encountered a dog flipper (someone who adopts & then tried to make a profit on the animal) I told the staff & they did not let her adopt the dog, and instead, they let one of the families who also wanted the dog adopt it.
