I really like this gym because it is never full. It does not smell and the restrooms and machines are clean.

Overall the machine area is clean and well maintained. But the overnight associates are lazy. The men's shower area is almost always nasty. I workout at 2 AM Monday through Friday. The women spend most of the time on their phones. I hit the showers around 4-4:30, and they are very seldom clean.I have sent pictures and emails to the management with no long-term solution. The saving grace, is the convenient location and the weekend staff who are awesome!

I have been a member at this location for 6 years in the last week I have been harassed by staff on several occasions. Even after I had proved to them that I had already checked in not once was I offered an apology of sorry sir it does appear that you were already checked in. That’s called customer service. Even after addressing this issue with the staff member named Orion he assured me that It won’t happen again. As I went outside to catch my breath and take a 5 minute break I asked if there would be an issues he said no I came back in an the other staff person who stood by Orion asked me to check back in again was shocked Se en claimed to have not heard me and after Orion came back and told Se en he told us he’d be right back she not once offered an apology as I left I told her what you did to me was wrong and for you to lie when you were standing right there tells me you weren’t paying attention to your job also stated to Se en that for her not even to offer an apology is the reason why I’m writing this review. If you go to this gym and are a minority or have a dark complexion you may be harassed take it from a member who’s experienced this twice in less then a week Also if you work out overnight be prepared to have female staff continue to work in the mens locker room while you are taking a shower.That also happened to me. Also they will not let you in without a mask but staff is allowed to walk around for 10 minutes without a mask before they put on a mask. I hope this review helps other when making the choice of what gym to sign up to.

Only Monday through Thursday are 24 hours Friday they close at 10pm and Saturday and Sunday at 7pm it sucks the hours

Personal training is available to all levels of membership free of charge. Also all memberships have $39 annual fee but so do most other gyms.
