They have not been here now in 1 full month and still charged me for the month. They make promises to come the new day. and never show. My calls to them mean nothing. I now switched to a new company and they are not coming to get there dumpsters. My New trash Company emptied there dumpsters but there cans still sit here taking up parking spaces. This company just takes your money and does not provide any service. Do not do business with them.

I am on the phone with them every week sometimes many times a week because they have missed so many pick ups. They have not gotten our trash in 3 weeks missed 6 pickups not. They have also not gotten the recycle in 7 weeks. Every time I call they tell me they will be there Tomorrow. That is a lie they still have not been here. I had to Spend over an hour on the phone to get a supervisor to credit me for the pickups because they would not do that claiming they would be here the next day. However when we can not preform our jobs because of the health issues due to the overflowing trash we should not have to pay for that month they did not come. We will be changing services soon.

We have a business that depends on this. I’ve gotten the run around for 2 weeks now with no pick up. Our dumpster is overflowing and infested with maggots! I’m calling the health department and will be switching services! This is disgusting!

WE HAVE NOT HAD A PICKUP SINCE JUNE 15TH. I have called Republic Services 7 times since then and have continuously been told we would be scheduled for a missed pickup and they never show up. I work for an electrical contractor and my electricians have not been able to empty their vans. We have a business to run and trash is overflowing in our parking lot. Our new scheduled pickup date is July 14th, just shy of 1 FULL MONTH WITH NO TRASH REMOVAL. Was told we will not receive a credit because they are expected to pick up our trash in it's entirety (which is absolute madness by the way) Was also told there was a staffing shortage? I can't seem to understand why this should be a problem for people who are paying good money for your services yet here we are. This is a breach of contract and needs be addressed immediately. A couple complaints here and there might not seem like a big deal to such a large corporation now but I can almost guarantee it's gonna be a problem when the numbers rise and people go elsewhere.

What happened to your service???? for years it was awesome. Then 6 weeks ago we get two post cards saying our pick up day was changed from Tuesday to Monday and has been screwed up since. Missed all but one Monday. Not good. seeking new services if

Our service in Easthampton has been beyond horrible too. Called twice, no help. Cans overflowing all over our street, filled with bugs and stinking to high heaven in 90 degree weather. I am canceling Republic and going with USA Hauling.
