There is free mall-wide wi-fi. Plenty of electrical outlets, but no formal charging stations.
Wifi is free but no stations although there are outlets at Apple Store, Starbucks, etc.

Yes, there is free wifi available. Not too sure about charging station for phones.
WiFi only on Starbucks, Macy's and Nordstrom. And I don't know about charging station for phones,but maybe you can find it on the rest area inside the mall.
I'm not sure as I've never noticed or had a need for either while there. I will check as I'll be there during the week again.
