They do not have a child care facility on site however, I have seen several families with handicapable members enjoying themselves in the gym. I suggest checking out the gym for yourself prior to bringing your family.
I'm sure that with good supervision and assistance she can participate. There are harnesses and shoes available (if she has sensory issues the shoes may be too uncomfortable). The staff is very helpful and I'm sure they would know what to look for to make it a good experience!
