Haven’t been able to pick up my online order which I paid for already for the past 2 days now because their system is “down”, I’m sure there is plenty other alternatives they can use while a “system is down” and they don’t even bother to use. Horrible experience with this Vans store already

Great store with more than shoes

The sales staff helps so much. I was there 1 hour and tried on 4 pairs of shoes. They didn't have one pair of black shoes I really wanted in size 7 women's (8.5 mens). I ended up buying 2 paid of shoes. The place was so busy on Sunday at 5pm. Seemed like they had just enough staff to help the crowd. Will go back there again.
