You should have to call and ask them directly how can you volunteer there, although i'm sure they would be happy to have your help.

Unfortunately you still have to be atleast 15 to volunteer at the Pasadena Humane Society but, they do have student at home projects you could do. Like making snacks n treats for the pets with recipes they provide.

I agree, call the shelter.
