Space rent with utilities are billed to you all together. Family of two will pay mid 600's. Cable not included. You must buy a mobile home , live in it or tear it down and rebuild. Nice park! Worth it!
Space rent berries perhaps 500 a month. There are no empty spaces unless you pull one out and pay for it.
