I just tried to go in and order food, they had lobby locked and told me they were closing down early?? It’s 9 pm the sign on door says open until 10 pm

I would most definitely tall to a manager about that. If he or she says that was ok. Find out the regional managers number & call them. No franchise (unless independently owned) can "make up" hours of operation.

I really like Burger King but this location always closes in the evenings and they are extremely rude if you ask any questions. I've emailed called corporate but nothing changes. I usually go back every 6 months hoping its better (like tonight, they were closed at 8:00 PM), in the meanwhile I go to the father Belleville East Green Mount location which has much friendly service and better quality of food.
