Great food and above and beyond great service. Came in and the host mentioned they only had one waitress at the moment so service may be a bit slow. Honestly it was some of the quickest service we've recieved in a long time at a sit in restaurant. The whole staff pulled together to help the waitress with tables and everything flowed as if they were fully staffed. Will definitely be stopping back in the next time we're up that way.

These days customer service is minimal at that, but I must say that was not the case at Red Robbins. First, I must say I am a person who eats out often and recognize great customer service. We had a large group and with that alone can be difficult if not trained well. However, the manager as well as the waitresses did a phenomenal job with getting our order in a timely fashion, consistent refills, plenty of necessities like napkins and sauces, as well as smiles on their faces, and the food was good. I enjoyed the visit. FYI..I am a Christian and I treat people with love and kindness and it very well may have been reciprocated. My point is this. People, yes when we patronize places we expect to be treated/served a certain way, but we must remember someone could really be going through something like cancer, loss of a child, things that you would never, ever imagined. My point is treat people the way you want to be treated regardless of their "job" or "disposition. The most important commandment is to love God with all of your heart...and your neighbor...
