There are no RV spots like with hook ups and all that. And when there is something going on there, the parking lot is always full. But when there is nothing going on the lot is virtually empty all day everyday.
People try to during tournaments, but get asked to leave. Check the Spokane Indians Youth Baseball page. They list partners to park your RV at.

There are lots of trailers and motorhomes there during tournaments and or competitions. Usually not able to park overnight except during certain multi-day tournaments or such. As for looking for a parking space only for overnight, no. Park closes at 11 p.m.
