I never heard of this, you need to speak with manager, they will work with you. Once l ordered mashed potatoes and got fries instead. When l told them of mistake, they brought mashed potatoes and told me to keep fries. They also gave me dessert to make up for error. Note: l was very calm and polite during error. Thank them for dessert too.
And they don't take money off when you don't want something on your burger either! Rip off!
