Would not recommend visiting this CVS. My husband and I went to the CVS to get a PCR test for our travel back home (internationally). Online, it says they can get your results within 1-2 days and the tests are "good for travel". This is all lies. Upon getting the test, we were told it'd take 2 days. We said that we had a flight in a little over a day and a half, and she said it was possible we could get the results. Mind you, NO CVS in chicagoland was offering a rapid test, otherwise we would have chosen that option. Then, we called back after 24 hours to check on the status of our tests (make sure they were at least at the lab, whatever). The lady on the other end yelled at us and told us it would take 3 days. Travel is currently requiring a maximum of 2 days.....so already they can't do math. We also figured out that the test vials are collected at the end of the day and sent to the lab by the next morning, so.....1-2 days to basically get to the lab and back and you still don't have results. Again, lies. Then we arrive at the airport, nothing. We missed our flight, are stuck in Atlanta, and now have to pay 250$ for a rapid test in the airport. My suggestion, avoid this CVS at all costs for COVID-19 testing.

I pass this store alot it's in a good location for the New Lenox area. The store is always clean. The noise level in there is good, the radio isn’t that loud. The staff has always been friendly and they are well informed of where their products are. I’ve never left this store disappointed, and their pharmacy has a good attitude staff as well.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy customer service at Nelson road CVS. Today I picked up three prescriptions for my wife. Told the young lady waiting on me, at drive threw to use the card on file. She sharply said there was no card on file, I know there was. I told her to use my card. Again sharply told must be under wife’s file. I sent my card over. Received the prescriptions without a thank you or anything. Had a question she was gone. So not to hold customers behind me up I left. Not the way to treat customers very very poor customer service

Pharmacy tech was shirt with her tone to begin with said the strength of medicine was wrong and the doctor did not sign name on correct line. Would not call office for clarification or to assist. Does this pharmacy feel the public should know doses for New medications? Disappointed in service
