I went there in the middle of the day on a Sunday and I ordered a 4 of chicken tender. When I got them the outside was hot but the inside of the chicken was freezing. Customer service was great though Kyle Z was so nice

They need to up their cleaning procedures, my arms stuck to the edge of the table while waiting for food. Saw a customer leave and a culvers employee walk up with a spray bottle spray twice and wipe twice, at that moment I knew why my arms stuck. Asked for no mayo got extra mayo, buddy asked for walleye and got cod. Cashier took the order right but the cooks are inep or blind or just dgaf. $30 for greasy cod and extra mayo thrown together burger.

The management is discriminatory as they refuse to serve all customers based on religious and/medical choices. The store sign should say person not wearing a medical device are PROHIBITED from entering instead of "please wear a mask". The sign should clearly state the prejudicial practice of the establishment. This store is a far representation of the welcoming hospitality Culver's is known for as the demeanor of the server made a child cry as he just wanted to enjoy eating at his favorite place. Thank you management for teaching your young employees the deplorable practice of discrimination.

I never heard of this, you need to speak with manager, they will work with you. Once l ordered mashed potatoes and got fries instead. When l told them of mistake, they brought mashed potatoes and told me to keep fries. They also gave me dessert to make up for error. Note: l was very calm and polite during error. Thank them for dessert too.
