The one in post falls said I was stealing cause my sin through a wrapper away and he's black so now I am mad and am working on a case against them
As Annie stated, it does depend on who is staffed at the time. Things happen too, and not all employees are the best, they have quite a few. Overall the Customer Service experience there is actually good. That does sound like an unpleasant experience though, you can always get a manager or something and complain about it if that suits you.
It really depends on which staff is working and which shift. My advice is if they put u on hold like that then hang up and call back ask for someone else. Always ask whom you are speaking with also.
