There's no one ever to help here with electronics and if the employee who knows electronics shows up, there's a line of people with questions... Is this going to change soon? Or is it worth me a drive to other location.

I got really wonderful help in the electronics department in the Hayden location! This was late in the evening when there wasn't a super-huge crowd.

I believe because the electronics department is most likely the busiest department in Wal-Mart it will continue. Based on my observations this is true. There have been times when it wasn't busy. Typically, the time at which you are seeking help, how busy the store is, is it a seasonal time, all play into how much time they may have. As a business they mist likely staff the same amount all the time and the amount of demand is the variable here. Looking at electronics can be time consuming and people have questions, I understand it can be frustrating, as I have had to wait as well. Doing research before hand can be helpful so you know exactly what you want when you arrive and then just letting someone know what it is you want has helped me. I understand this may not always be the case, but these are somethings to think about when navagating Wal-Mart Electronics Department.

I found the electronics to be well set up with good selections. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sorry you had a bad experience, I'd give them another try.
