Why doesn't the Florence Safeway have enough cashiers available to prevent four to five people in line? The new U-serve is not appropriate for people who have multiple items. We are taking our business to Fred Myer.

I feel this would be a great question for the management of the florence Safeway itself. I have been there many times over the years and have had no problems. When you visited them you may have caught them on a day when someone was sick and they didn't have a back up to cover for them. I'm sure management would be able to answer best of all!
