How is this hike only open on a Wednesday and earlier in the week it was posted as “permanently closed”? Who is the “owner” of this place and why be so misleading?
I’m looking for places to hike when visiting Lincoln City and The Thumb was suggested. As

Unless the trail washed out it's open, and yes probably very muddy.
