As a former manager, I'm not even sure how you would have gotten charged for both orders. Very sorry to hear about that, and thank you for being understanding (I may not be a manager there anymore, but service employees always appreciate understanding and kindness). Your best bet would be to stop in as soon as you can with a receipt of any kind if you have it, and just ask to speak with a manager and one of them should be able to find a solution. They may unfortunately not be able to issue a refund for safety reasons (scams unfortunately are pretty common). Worst case they should take down your information and send coupons in the mail as compensation. And lastly: If they handled the situation correctly, then you should be receiving a refund for the order that was not yours. This usually takes 24-48 hours to go through. Hope that helps!
