How do I obtain Form DD214 for the period of time I was with the New Hampshire Air National Guard for Basic Training and Tech School? My Form DD256AF was issued upon completion of service as a Reserve Member but does not include the required dates.

Contact ARPC for you DD 214. The National Guard also issues an ngb form 22 which is essentially the same thing but some folks won't accept it

Call you nearest guard unit and ask for help obtaining your DD214.
