I think the place is great that’s why we went there and we live in Stratham. There was no mask mandate in affect but the store still has one so we were bummed because we didn’t bring any mask. It’s just a shame because I took them to target after instead for toys. I guess shame on me for not looking at the website first but still disappointing

Awful. The social dictator store help will make your experience terrible Since one cannot reply to your excuse for the rude employees, I'll further comment here. I've shopped your store since the first year it opened in the 90 s, always spent a significant amount of money there as I support local businesses. Yet, your rude employees chased us out. I stopped there after shopping at four other market st stores with no mandates, no rude employees. Got to your store and was immediately chastised loudly. We will never step foot in your store again. Stop using covid as an excuse for bad service!

I visited Treehouse Toys for the first time today. The store was charming, the young salesclerk—not so much. I hope he’s the owners daughter-in which case she needs an adult version of a time out and a lecture on customer service. If she’s not family, she should really think about picking another profession! How hard can it be to offer a pleasant welcome and make people feel like they are valued customers. Hopefully the next time we go, it will be her day off. 😆 I changed my score from 3 to 4 stars because although the toy my son bought broke, a different sales person was most accommodating and nice to deal with, making our changes of returning pretty good. I also appreciated the positive response from the owner.
