Who is the owner of your location. I stopped in, for a licensed friend, just to see if you carried a specific product. The elderly woman that was working was very very rude and unprofessional. I will not patronize your store!

Only licensed professionals are allowed thru the doors and that is clearly posted. Your licensed friend should have known that and not have asked you to check on the price of anything in the store to save you from embarrassing yourself. As a licensed practitioner/ purchaser there I can tell you the staff at Cosmo prof in Menomonee falls are consistently helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
