Store is so good. Just hate the fact you can’t call store directly anymore to talk to someone live. You get routed out of country to someplace and you can’t understand the agent on the other end of the phone and vise versa. So I end up just driving to the store anyway. What happened to good old in person/customer service?

I redacted my last review, best buy is making good on my install *update* my previous one star review still stands, the work was half done & rushed. I had to return multiple times! Still didnt get it right, I ended up taking my truck somewhere else to get the wiring on my subs and amp done right. The menomonee falls location was a joke, run by a couple of rude children who ended up being incompotent. Im not sure why the attitude from was given but I will NEVER GO THERE FOR CAR STEREO SERVICES AGAIN!

Nice location without too much commotion. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stock is often low- but that is a distributor issue in this industry, too.

Staff at the Menomonee Falls store was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Got exactly what we needed at the best price around plus got to meet some wonderful young sales associates who all deserve pay raises for their hard work. Additionally, the gent we spoke with from Arizona (?) On the "help" line we called thru the website for info before driving out to the store was JUST as knowledgeable & helpful. So nice to have such a great experience.

I believe the phone you're interested in is called Jitterbug. There are a few options. Smart phones and basic phones. Both are very easy to use with big buttons. Plans start under 20 dollars a month. I suggest you stop in and talk to a sales associate so they can show you options and narrow it down for your mother's needs.
They do take your old dryers but you have to pay for them to do it.

Yes you can but not sure if you will have to pay a fee. When I recycled my flat screen TV I had to pay $25 for labor (they claim). Is best to call.
Not a general cellphone repair facility. You need to have purchased a cellphone thru them with extended warranty.
