Hi Cathy, thanks for asking! We are not a touch-less wash, but we are definitely a safe option when it comes to your vehicle! We do use friction to clean your car (a mix of closed cell foam and soft cloth), but an important step in our process is that we do a high pressure prep, which removes abrasive soils on your vehicle before it contacts any of the wash material. I feel this is an important step that you won’t see many of our competitors performing, as the wash material in the car wash will not damage your paint or clear coat, however rubbing that dirt across your vehicle’s surface (like when someone writes “wash me” in the dirt, can most definitely leave light scratches behind. If your goal is to maintain your car’s finish and preserve it’s beauty I recommend washing it regularly as well as applying a good wax/protectant almost as often as you wash it. We have many members who wash their vehicles with us several times a month and their cars always look great!
