Maintenance a little lacking. Restaurant set up for breakfast stupid, for hotel of this size. Order at counter then sit down and have server anyway. Restaurant manager not in touch with service. Restaurant manager should go back to McDonald's.

Very friendly check-in process. The entire family enjoyed the indoor pool. Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient location just off I-41.

Positive: Offered food for purchase at both breakfast and dinner. Nice lounge. Room finishes were very well done. Negative: Install comfort height toilets for this star level of hotel. Room price very high for quality level of hotel. No internet without joining Marriott rewards program which should definitely be changed to open option for all guests.

You see, you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation and that's the most important part, the hold. Anyone can just take 'em. Showed up to find out they gave our room away. It's a 3.9 hotel for a reason spend your $300 a night somewhere else.

The hotel is just off the freeway, and you could ask the front desk for a local taxi company. I did not see taxis lined up at the entrance for hotel patrons.
