My first time there and the salon was randomly picked. A Spur of the Moment thing. I went in for a full set and a pedicure. The salon was nice, clean. The manicurist's were friendly, pleasant and polite. My mistake, I didn't think to ask about these services and how much each sevice cost. For the price I paid I expected more. The pedicure was just a basic one but it did feel good. And the full set application was pretty normal. That felt good too. I haven't had that done for over a year, maybe longer. It wasn't until a few days later I noticed my nails lifting like the tips weren't glued properly. I'm hoping that doesn't lead to a fungal infection. I'm in need for a fill now and I don't really feel like going back there to have them fix it. If I do, I will ask for the lady instead of the man that I randomly had for my services. I was looking at her work and what I saw was very nice. I still think they are a little too expensive unless that price is normal now? Like I said, I haven't been in a nail salon in a long time. Maybe the prices went up? 🤔

I went in yesterday as a new customer wanting a shellac manicure service completed. I had a gentleman that was very rough with the manicure portion of service. At one point I flinched and stated “ their sensitive” and he took a bit of the pressure off but continued after the 1st nail with the same intense pressure. He used another customers file and box file since it was handy and was not put away after that customer left. Today my nails have no normal shellac shine, the paint also has a big chip and the paint is fading away. I will not be visiting this place again unless I want to get treated poorly.
