You can bring an umbrella as long as it doesn't obstruct another fan's view or seat space.

Yes! I brought in a stroller and diaper bag filled with sweatshirts. I don't see why they wouldn't allow an umbrella, although I'd bring a poncho to watch the game to not obstruct someone's view of the game.
