Got a "normally I'd connect you to an eligibility specialist, but I can't because the lines are all clogged". So I called back later and I can't even get to the people to transfer me. I didn't even get the paperwork they said they sent me regarding an interview process. Total time today spend on hold...2.5- 3 hours.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of them. They sent me paperwork saying I was approved for food Stamps then sent me paperwork saying my food stamps were ending now I can’t get anyone on the phone. After going through whole process it just says they have extremely high call volume and cannot except anymore calls and hangs up. I’m beyond livid. I’m a single mother.

If could would give a zero. Letting single parent , and families go without. No hurry to do applications.a single parent cant get help worked through all of covid. They dont do or hurry. Worst office around. Why should they care they getting paid.
