if they buy their guarantee it's much better they say they cover everything, but when you need the repair it's a total lie, these people are a fraud

I got a table and chairs there with a guarantee, they came to my house and fixed everything they could and replaced what they couldn't, and it was my own fault. Get the gaurantee, it's worth it.
Not sure what's so awful about their commercials? They're a little weird. But they've provided the best customer service for us out of the big furniture companies in the area (and we've purchased from Bob's, Jordan's)
