Try corporate !! Tell them your problem and wich store you are referring to! I am sure this will light a fire under sombodys butt!
Try calling and asking to speak to a manager directly, not to receive a call from one later.
The gist of the responses are to kick the fight up to the head and have the response come from above because for some reason the word is not getting to the manager or they are not responding. So whispering into their boss's ear will get a faster response when the reminder come from above rather than below.
Their guest experience isn't great. I would go straight to a corporate number. That might get you better results depending on your issue.
