They did not fix my ice machine. Instead of honoring an item that has been recalled they first said there's nothing they can do. They then changed their mind and wanted to charge me $731 to replace the item they said no longer existed.

If zero stars were an option I’d give them a 0. This company has the worst customer service in history. I had assess my washing machine they ordered several parts that weren’t necessary. A month went by with them not coming over to fix my washer. I cancelled the appointment. It took them a month for them to pick up the parts they sent out. 2 months have gone by without receiving my refund. I call every day and get a different story as to why I haven’t received my refund. Stay away from this company!

Technician was good and fixed my machine. The company is deceptive in their pricing and don’t tell you they charge by job. They tell you the diagnostic fee with be deducted from you labor cost and it is not. Provided me with coupon towards labor and parts . Didn’t apply it correctly and would not adjust it. Would not be specific in an hourly labor rate but charged $330 for 1 hr and 20 mins of work. WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!

Too expensive it isn’t worth it . They wanted close to 400 dollars to repair a refrigerator. 100 just to look At it.
