Jim Fauci at York Ford took customer service to another level. You don't get insanely amazing service like he provided to my husband and I anywhere else. I am a nervous person when it comes to buying cars and it felt like I was talking with a trusted family friend. He was attentive but not pushy, competent and knowledgeable and we had a few laughs along the way. Our first stop was York Ford because it was the only dealership in our area open on a Sunday. We were in the preliminary stages of looking and we test drove our new car on Sunday and drove it off the lot on Tuesday.
