Absolutely!! Having your ceremony on the street level would be beautiful with the rock formation as your back drop HOWEVER if you went to the top your back drop would be gorgeous!! I don't know how familiar you are with that park but if you aren't I would highly recommend going to take a peek. Congratulations! Good luck with your new life! Most people give the advice to remember not to sweat the small stuff which is important but I also think it's just as important to not forget about small talk cuz those are the monents that matter. Also, don't ever go to bed mad cuz, conscientiously or unconscientiously, you'll stew all night and it'll be much worse in the morning. Love is like sand on beach...if you gently, caringly, lovingly cradle it in your hand it will stay where it is but if you squeeze your hand shut trying to hold tight onto it, it will slip between your fingers, the tighter the squeeze the more it slips through your fingers until nothing remains. -Author Unknown
Not sure. Sorry. I'd suggest calling as Andrew suggests.
My wife and I looked at the possibility when we got married. You can have one there, but you can't use chairs.
Its technically a public park, but I'm sure if you contact Spokane parks and Recreation they'll be able to help you. If not, I highly recommend the Finch Arboretum.
