The amount of wildflowers in this park are amazing!

Rustic, undeveloped park (maybe about 1 acre) with a picnic shelter, tables, and garbage can, and nice dirt trail loops for walking, running, or biking. Foliage includes Ponderosa pine trees and wildflowers in spring, including arrowleaf balsamroot (approx. April). Moose have been known to visit here in the fall when looking for food - coming from the High Drive Bluff natural area -- which is amazing to see since it's a neighborhood park, surrounded by homes. Do not approach moose -- they will charge at you and run very fast.

It has short trails and is great for walking our dogs. It also has a cupboard picnic table did you can rest at. The park joins a schoolyard on its side where kids can swing and play and you can get the woodsy feeling by walking down the little nature trails. It's a nice, safe, and quiet area in the neighborhood.
