If you live in st pete you can be a no resident student. As for seeing your boyfriend, if you are a resident and adult you can leave on weekends

If u live on campus u can only leave for the weekends to stay at his house it sucks when ur trying to have a good healthy relationship with someone who doesn't go to the school
