Bought 3 pair of boots and 2 cowboy hats for a wedding and the wedding was cancelled last minute for unforeseen circumstances. I am not able to find the receipt. They have Never. Been warn. Still in original boxes

I would definitely call or go there and explain I'm sure they'll work with you sales should be on the computer

If you paid with a credit or debit card you might be able to go back and find the purchase on a receipt in your statements you can call the bank and/or credit card to look for the date you purchased them and use that as your verification when you return your purchase. If nothing els they may give you a credit that you could use for gifts or yourself.

I don't really have any use for store credit as the items were soly bought for the wedding.they still have tag and original boxes. We literally have had them in my closet since the day they were bought waiting for May 4th. Now that's not happing I dont have any use of 800+ dollers of hats and boots.
