Are you currently carrying pink or orange potted plumerias? I do not want a cutting. Is it too early for nurseries to carry them

We have them available but it's just to leave out right now. If you want the best selection, come by toward the end of May or early June.

The roots don't die back. The plumeria will lose all its leaves and it will stop growing until it warms back up again which is why you should general stop watering during this period of dormancy
