I can't say enough great things about RMHC of Orange County. They provided so much help for my family when my son fell ill. They provided help with basic living necessities and food and so much more. I really appreciate all the donors and families who support this amazing charity. When my family was hit hardest RMHC was there to help pick up the pieces and without their love and support I don't know if son would still be here today.

Got to be of service to people less fortunate. Was there as a volunteer and made breakfast for 45 people. Felt blessed, this place helps families who have children at choc hospital for no charge. Awesome day, awesome fellowship, awesome people!!

Always a good heart filled time to volunteer cooking or baking for the Ronald House in OC. In a few hours you can leave feeling great knowing you cooked cleaned and served a meal to those that have to call ronal house home away from home to be near someone at CHOC.

The Ronald McDonald House was truly a home away from home. It was very big, nice, comfortable and welcoming. The other families that stayed was awesome very nice . Me and my family was truly blessed to be able to stay here.

Please call the house during the daytime hours to discuss what supplies you are offering
RMDH is the only place I know of that collects tabs. I don't know of any centralizes place to drop off the tabs. Maybe you can mail the tabs to them??
You can send a monetary donationdirectly to the address for the house 383 S. Batavia St Orange, CA 92868 If anything else, please call the house directly first
There are many ways someone can volunteer to help the house.. I would suggest calling the house during the week and talk to someone directly. Ask for Johanna or Ruth. (I hope I spelled her name correctly) Volunteers help in many ways and range from helping with projects to helping prepare meals for the guests at the house.
Is your sister a minor?
Yes
Yes. There's an area where you can print and get WiFi.
Typically, a social worker from the hospital the child is having procedures or staying at will setup your stay at the house. The State actually covers most of the cost and they only request a fee of $10 per day. Considering you get to come and leave as needed, there are typically meals provided almost every day.... It's more than worth it. I dedicate all monies i receive for recycling aluminum because i wanted to do more personally. They are a family away from home and it's a shame some people don't see it that way.. Please get in touch with the social worker and they will help you get it set up
