Villa Ford has been my place to buy vehicles for the past 5 years. I buy many cars every year from all over but once I dealt with Villa Ford I only now buy Ford and from them. I recently used the service department to customize a Bronco and dealt with Baron and Jane. They both understood my thought and vision. They were professional and pleasant to do business with. Thank you to the both of you Baron and Jane on getting this done for me. You guys are awesome.

I drove 100 miles to Villa Ford to buy my 2022 Raptor. My salesman Victor was friendly and was a tremendous help. The GM and Finance manager were also great. I left with the truck I wanted, a wash and full tank. Super happy.

Drove over to Orange villa to check out the new Mach E's since I am in the market for a new vehicle. I have never in my life seen a vehicle have a "market adjustment" of over $20,000. A vehicle that is suppose to be $52,000 is now over $70,000. In my Honest opinion, that itself should be a crime or at the very least have corporate very concerned. This "adjustment" would make sense on a limited edition vehicle or even a vehicle that only had a certain number of vehicles produced but for this to be tagged on a regular production vehicle, shame on them. I don't see how they don't find this damaging in the long run. They might be able to make profit or keep business as usual because of these market adjustments, but Now every time I talk to friends about cars this is a story I will always bring up to them. The time I went to a ford dealer and they tried to charge me an extra 20k fee!. I'm sure everyone else that experiences this and isn't desperate enough to pay into this robbery will do the same. For those looking into vehicles Most Mercedes dealerships and Kia dealerships are not charging any "markup" on their vehicles. With That being said, The salesman that helped me out was very knowledgeable and kind. He was not pushy and was very helpful, I also spoke to the Property manager?, and he was also kind and offered some informative information. The lot seemed clean and the salesman were all very welcoming.
