They only do so many pizzas and once they are gone that's it buffet is over.
11 to 2 I believe. I would call in advance. Last couple of times we went buffet was supposed to be open but when we arrived it was already cleared away..
For the one in Prescott Valley the buffet is 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
