6/3/22 @ 11:30 am: Corporate Del Taco needs to ATTEND to this store. Place is filthy. Bathrooms are deplorable. Employees are loudly complaining to each other about how hard they are working. They actually closed the dining room because of staffing but they have 5 people working. Short staffed??? I would NOT eat here again if they were giving away free food. Customers beware!

This location is an absolute mess. The dining area was closed, no big deal. But then I ordered and sat there, and sat there, and sat there ($5 a gallon of gas). I thought maybe they're short staffed like so many businesses are currently. The car in front of me finally got their food from an employee that had visible track marks on one of their arms. I pulled up, looked inside, and saw several employees standing around with a lost look on their faces. One of them finally came up to the window and tried to hand me drinks... which I didn't order any. After I told him that I didn't get a drink, he disappeared confused. A couple minutes later he showed up with my food and asked if I needed any hot sauce, then he asked me again, then another employee came up to the window and asked me the same question. I was finally handed my food and I was on my way. Down the road as I took the tacos out of their wrappers it seemed as if they slapped them together and threw them in the bag. All the fillings were to one side. One taco had a bunch of cheese and lettuce, barely any meat, no tomatoes. Another one had tomatoes, cheese, and meat, no lettuce. And the last taco had mostly meat and barely any cheese on it, nothing else. Mind you I ordered three del tacos as is, no modifications. I imagine that's a fairly simple order since all other locations handle it just fine.

The food was OK. However customer service was horrible. An older gentleman who was ahead of me and waiting for his order, asked for his food as it was taking a long time to get it. When he finally got his food, the man at the cash register loudly stated, “and don’t comeback!” Then another couple didn’t get their entire order. Instead of listening to them, he said they didn’t order the extra fries. They asked him to check the order, and yes, they had ordered the fries and paid for them. He gave them their fries and mumbled, “Sorry ‘bout that.” Then he and another employee had a disagreement, and the guy helping to prepare the orders started shouting and yelling at the man working the counter. I was afraid of a major altercation. In the past, I’ve heard the employees loudly complaining among themselves about the customers. Today was too much. I will not stop at this Del Taco again.

I'm really trying to give this location as much chance as possible. I love Del Taco, yet this is not the first time I've felt that the quality of the food service was lacking. In the past, I chalked it perhaps the employees having a rough day. Yet, this time, I think something needs to said because this is just incentive to the customer's expectations. The pictures are supposed to be Beyond Tacos. I've taken two pictures of each taco. I would get them without cheese, so that means this taco should contain (according to their menu): Beyond Meat, lettuce, tomatoes. As you can see, there is beyond meat, and some lettuce. No tomatoes and clearly the shells are only half full.

Yes plenty of items in the menu.
Most Del Tacos don't open until 7, but it appears that this location is 24/7.
Not enough busy at night
