Quick service. Very good chicken sandwiches. Liked the spicy and the original is fine too. @$4.99 it's a very good deal. Another 3 bucks for fries and a drink. I'll be back.

So I don't usually write any review unless it's really good or really bad. If it's in the middle, then it's just average. I haven't eaten at KFC in years and was actually looking forward to it, but remembered why I don't eat there. The lobby was still permanently closed so we had to go through drive through so by the time we realized how bad the food was, we we couldn't go back and complain. First, they were out of 2 of the things we tried to order. Our drinks were FILLED with ice, so we barely got any soda. The fries I cannot stress or even understand how they were so bad?! I could have hit them with a hammer an broke the hammer. They honestly appeared to be fries from 3 hours ago that they were still selling, so we had to throw them all ways. The chicken was slightly better, but still had to throw 1/3 away. The chicken was also hard, dry, and seemed like they cooked it 2 hours before and had been sitting under a heat lamp. Very sad :(

8/5/21 Well we ate at KFC in the parking lot. Only the drive thru is open. Our original recipe chicken was delicious. It was hot and we had plenty of napkins.. No trash can outside, hey KFC why no trash cans?

I ordered the wings in drive thru and asked for the buffalo sauce to be on the side. When I got to the window I was told I would have to pay for the sauce. Why? It was included in the meal. I ended up asking for hot sauce packets instead. There were also no napkins, why? You're serving delicious deep fried greasy chicken. It gets messy. Besides the service my wings were perfectly crispy and they weren't dry 😁
