I went here as a new customer and they told me my MMCC card # was not recognized in the official state of maryland database. They refused me service. I called the MMCC directly today and I was informed that everything was up to date and ready to go. Trulieve has later Sunday hours so I drove about 40 mins to get there... Very frustrating.

As of January I believe of this year, there is a $50 registration fee when you initially sign up. From there, once approved you will have to meet with a licensed doctor to get your certification. Different doctors charge different prices. Its best to check around for the most affordable fee. Some do a major discount for veterans. Total initial cost could run you $72-250+, depending on your veteran status and your licensed physician. Hope this was helpful!

You go online to mmcc and fill out the application. The process takes about 45 days.
You have to have a medical certificate. The card isn't required if you have that.
Only if your a maryland medical Marijuana card holder u can.. if this helps. If you don't have your card yet u can go to the maryland state site to sign up once approved then see a Marijuana doctor, get your certificate and that day you can go to a dispensary.. hope this helps

Sorry, you should be able to considering you have a license and are seeking a doctor's help at home and so since you're out of state we should be obliged to help you here since you should have the right paperwork so I don't know why the law is so stupid.
