Trains leave hunt valley every 15 min for either BWI or CROMWELL. NORTH BOUND is at the mercy of the traffic coming through the downtown area. They are on time 99% of the time save for unexpected problems or emergencies.

The train is late a solid 50% of the time. The conductors/rail managers seem to care very little about being on time (at least for the rail stations outside of the city) so don’t make any plans around using this public transit option.

When I went a few years back I loved it and I'm going to go again this year and it opens up August 22nd and it ends I believe September 3rd or 4th

Yes there is a free parking lot. It does fill up quickly on days there are games (Orioles & Ravens). If you're commuting during the week, you should not have a problem.
